Whether you're pushing your cardiovascular capacity, building strength, or finding greater control on the reformer, every class creates a new stimulus and every session gives you an opportunity to generate a little more momentum.

Things to know:

• Doors open 15 minutes before class and are locked promptly at start time

• There is one, single-user restroom only, so changing space/time is limited! PHYZX does not have on-site showers.

• We have mats, but you are welcome to bring your own.

• All classes at PHYZX require a type of foot covering, depending on the class. Reformer and barre classes require grippy socks. All other classes require indoor-only tennis shoes. No exceptions.
