Stability
Stability is our foundational Pilates reformer class. You’ll learn the basics of how to safely use the reformer. This class focuses on building core stability, strength, and mobility at a beginner-friendly pace. (Grippy socks required)
Motion
Motion builds on the foundation you set in the Stability class by picking up the pace and adding in more complex movements. This class is best for those with prior experience on the reformer. (Grippy socks required)
Momentum
Momentum uses the Pilates reformer jumpboard for a high energy, low-impact cardio workout. The jumpboard attaches to the end of the reformer providing a vertical surface to push off of, for joint-friendly horizontal jumping. (Grippy socks required)
Rebounder
Elevate
Get ready to Elevate your workout—literally. This beginner-friendly rebounder class combines low-impact bouncing with cardio, strength, and core-focused movements for a fun and energizing full-body experience. Build confidence on the rebounder while improving coordination, balance, and endurance. (Indoor-only tennis shoes required)
Boost
Take your rebounder workout higher with Boost. Designed for those ready for more intensity, this upbeat class combines dynamic rebounder sequences, strength work, and cardio intervals to challenge your coordination, power, and endurance. Expect a faster pace, bigger energy, and a serious full-body burn. (Indoor-only tennis shoes required)
HIIT / Cardio
Velocity
Short. Fast. Powerful. Velocity is a 30-minute HIIT experience designed to push your limits and maximize your workout in minimal time. Expect bursts of high-intensity movement, strength-based intervals, and strategic recovery periods that keep your heart rate up and your energy high.

Strength / Barre
Dynamics
Small movements. Big results. Dynamics blends the precision of barre with elements of strength, balance, mobility, and endurance for a challenging full-body workout. Expect controlled pulses, isometric holds, targeted strength work, and a rhythm-driven flow that will leave your muscles shaking—in the best way. (Grippy socks required)
Force
Turn up the music and turn up the Force. This beat-driven strength class combines weightlifting fundamentals with motivating music and high-energy movement. Inspired by the energy of group strength training, you’ll work every major muscle group through carefully structured resistance exercises designed to build strength, endurance, and confidence.
