This authorization is to remain in full force and effect until Hothouse Yoga/Phyzx/CYked! has received written notification to terminate. I understand the auto-pay contract is a minimum of 4 months, but does not expire after the 4th month. This contract will continue until Hothouse Yoga/Phyzx/CYked! receives a written termination request to frontdesk@hothouseyoga.com 30 days prior to your desired cancellation date. If your card number changes, expires, or you have a change of address, you must notify us in writing at frontdesk@hothouseyoga.com at least 10 days before your next scheduled monthly payment so that we can update your information for you. A $10/month penalty fee will be assessed if your card information is not updated and your scheduled monthly auto-pay is unsuccessful. Hothouse Yoga/Phyzx/CYked reserves the right to cancel your membership after any unsuccessful charge attempt. All memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

The CYked Founder's Membership is valid for up to 1 year only. If the membership is canceled before 1 year, any membership following will be at the normal, current rate. The Founder's Membership rate can only be purchased once. After 1 year, the contract will expire and a new, current contract will need to be purchased.

Autopay Pauses:

Monthly autopay memberships can be paused from 14-100 days max. An email with advance notice must be sent to frontdesk@hothouseyoga.com and with the exact start and end dates of the pause. The contract will automatically start back up after the end date of the pause.

Please note: These terms apply to all membership purchases, even if a client has had the autopay membership in the past.
